alrajhi bank Malaysia has officially launched MY alrajhi, a next-generation mobile banking app that consolidates its digital services into a single platform, marking a significant milestone in the bank’s digital transformation journey.
The new app replaces both the Rize by alrajhi bank Malaysia and alrajhi@24seven apps, offering users a seamless and secure Shariah-compliant banking experience. MY alrajhi is now the sole mobile banking channel for the bank’s retail customers, integrating the functionalities of both legacy platforms into a unified and intuitive interface.
Existing Rize app users can log in using their current credentials. The Rize Savings Account-i has also been renamed DuitPlus Savings Account-i, with the 3.3% profit rate per annum maintained until further notice. Meanwhile, alrajhi@24seven users are encouraged to download the new app and complete a simple sign-up process to access their existing accounts.
The previous mobile platforms will be fully decommissioned on 1 July 2025, and users are urged to make the switch to MY alrajhi by 30 June 2025 to avoid any service disruption.

MY alrajhi is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play, with availability on Huawei AppGallery expected in the coming days. The app supports iOS 15, Android 11, and Harmony OS Version 3 (EMUI 13).
