Paydibs Relaunches with New Fintech Strategy to Accelerate SME Growth in Malaysia

Long-standing digital payments player Paydibs has officially unveiled a major transformation, emerging with a revitalised fintech identity, a strengthened leadership team, and a robust roadmap aimed at catalysing small and medium enterprise (SME) growth across Malaysia.

After years of development behind the scenes, the company is stepping confidently into the spotlight, positioning itself as a future-ready payments innovator. With direct connections to Malaysia’s national payment rails and a streamlined, merchant-centric platform, Paydibs is set to compete in a crowded landscape of more than 60 providers.

“Our new chapter is all about scaling with purpose,” said a spokesperson from Paydibs. “We’re bringing clarity, capability and ambition to the table—ensuring SMEs and merchants have the tools they need to thrive.”

To mark this relaunch, Paydibs is introducing a series of merchant-focused innovations, headlined by a new all-in-one payment terminal that supports both QR and card acceptance for in-store transactions. The device is designed to simplify operations for retailers, F&B outlets and service businesses by integrating payments, ordering, and value-added services in one platform.

This innovation is supported by accelerated settlement cycles, including T+1 and same-day T+0 payouts (subject to terms), enabling merchants to access cash faster without compromising on compliance or risk controls.

In a move to support business sustainability, Paydibs is also rolling out embedded financing solutions. These utilise transaction data to provide real-time credit assessments, allowing qualified businesses to unlock working capital more easily and quickly than through traditional channels.

Adding further utility to its terminal, Paydibs has partnered with MCash to integrate bill payment and reload services, turning each device into a multifunctional revenue hub. This dual benefit offers added convenience for end customers and a new income stream for merchants.

The relaunch also marks a technical leap forward. Paydibs now operates with direct connectivity to acquiring banks and national payment infrastructures, enabling straight-through processing. This results in faster, more cost-effective transactions and a smoother overall experience for both merchants and their customers.

Solidifying its role as a key enabler in the SME digital transformation space, Paydibs has been appointed as an official Digital Partner under the BSN MSME Digital Grant (MSME MADANI)—a national initiative to boost digital participation and financial inclusion among Malaysia’s underserved businesses.

With a new identity anchored by its mission, “Payment Inclusion. Beyond Transactions.”, Paydibs introduces a unified approach: Pay In. Payout. Finance. This reflects its end-to-end capabilities in payment processing, merchant settlements and financing—all tailored for the modern commerce ecosystem.

As Malaysia’s digital economy continues to evolve, Paydibs is ready to play a proactive role in shaping a future where transactions are more than just money movement—they are growth enablers.
