Flexible workspace and business solutions provider INFINITY8 has expanded its presence in Johor with the opening of its 14th outlet, INFINITY8 Reserve IIB, at Menara IIB in Medini, reinforcing its commitment to supporting businesses looking to establish and grow within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ).
The new facility occupies approximately 13,417 square feet within Medini Iskandar, a strategic commercial hub in Iskandar Puteri that is expected to benefit from increased investment, talent mobility and cross-border business activity generated by the JS-SEZ initiative.
Located about 15 minutes from the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link, the outlet offers direct access to major transportation routes, including the Linkedua Expressway, Coastal Highway Southern Link and the North-South Expressway, making it an attractive base for companies seeking regional connectivity.
The launch comes as Malaysia and Singapore continue to strengthen economic cooperation through the JS-SEZ, which aims to enhance cross-border investment and economic integration. The initiative has attracted growing interest from Singapore-based companies exploring expansion opportunities in Johor.
According to findings from the Singapore Business Federation, 93% of Singapore businesses surveyed view Johor as an attractive investment destination, highlighting the state’s increasing appeal as a hub for regional growth and expansion.
INFINITY8 Co-Founder Lee Sheah Liang said the opening reflects the company’s confidence in Johor’s economic prospects and the opportunities emerging from the special economic zone.
