As Malaysian businesses today are prioritising reliable delivery and integrated logistics solutions, Ninja Van Malaysia is expanding its services beyond last-mile delivery to support the evolving business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) logistics needs including cold chain, freight solutions, and an expanded Ninja B2B Restock offering, anchored by Full-Truckload (FTL) movements and complemented by Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) options for smaller or partial loads.
The shift comes as Malaysia’s logistics and transport sector continues to grow, valued at approximately RM117.36 billion and projected to around RM153.78 billion by 2030. The growth is driven by a maturing e-commerce landscape, the rise of mid-sized shippers, and businesses expanding beyond marketplaces into owned channels.
As a result, businesses are placing greater emphasis on predictability, lower parcel damage rates, and consistent service levels, reinforcing the trend that reliability is the new speed. These changes are creating stronger demand for logistics partners that can support both B2C and B2B logistics needs.
In 2025, Ninja Van Malaysia strengthened its core last-mile foundation while expanding into new logistics capabilities to meet modern market needs. This includes scaling Ninja Cold and expanded cross-border routes. At the same time, Ninja Van deepened its focus on B2B logistics, addressing gaps in a traditionally manual and fragmented landscape and responding to rising demand for integrated, end-to-end solutions.
These efforts translated into tangible growth across key segments in 2025:
- Last-mile delivery: Reached over 20 million parcel recipients nationwide.
- Ninja Cold: Launched in February 2025, onboarded over 1,000 businesses and currently handles roughly 100,000 cold parcels per month, delivering 100% across Peninsular Malaysia.
- Ninja B2B Restock: Ninja Restock doubled year-on-year growth, supporting faster and more reliable replenishment cycles for over 250 businesses, while LTL services delivered up to 3,000 pallets, largely serving B2B shippers.
Lin Zheng, Chief Executive Officer of Ninja Van Malaysia said, “As Malaysia’s logistics ecosystem matures, speed alone is no longer enough. Businesses are looking for integrated and reliable logistics partners that can connect B2C and B2B flows seamlessly while providing reliable, predictable service. To support this shift, we are building solutions that not only move parcels efficiently but also adapt and scale with evolving consumer needs. Our goal is to be the logistics partner businesses can rely on across delivery, cold chain, restocking and freight.”
In 2026, Ninja Van Malaysia will focus on scaling capabilities that the market has validated, deepening geographic and service coverage, and building logistics solutions that evolve alongside business needs.
Last-mile delivery will continue to anchor the company’s operations, supported by ongoing investments in network density and route optimisation to enable more integrated supply chains. Ninja Cold will expand its B2C cold e-commerce capabilities, supporting the growing demand for reliable delivery of fresh, frozen, and ready-to-eat products as cold delivery becomes increasingly mainstream.
For mid-sized shippers, Ninja Van plans to advance its B2B services by introducing LTL direct intercity routes and FTL offerings in the second half of 2026, modernising freight movement in a segment traditionally dominated by rigid transport models. At the same time, its B2B Restock services will extend further into industrial and manufacturing sectors, reinforcing restocking speed as a growing competitive advantage for businesses.
Together, these developments reflect a broader shift within Malaysia’s logistics landscape towards integrated, flexible, and reliability-driven solutions designed to support the next phase of economic and supply chain growth.
